The principals and employees of Newport Exchange Corp. will provide a “hands on” approach to your transaction. The advantages we offer include:
I. Better Information and Understanding
A. We will meet with you and your representatives to review and thoroughly discuss all of the details of the transaction.
B. We will provide you with a time-line of milestones relevant to your transaction.
C. We create a personalized secure home-page as a central location for your information, accessible 24 hours per day only by you and anyone you designate.
D. We will provide, upon completion of the transaction, a complete tax analysis of the transaction to assist you in properly reporting the transaction to the Internal Revenue Service.
II. Security
Your funds will be held at JP Morgan-Chase Manhattan. The money is insured through FDIC and the Securities Investors Protection Corporation (SIPC). Moreover, access to the funds is only available through a Dual Signature process with you as one of the signatories.
III. Experience
Our President, Lawrence Blacker, a lawyer with a Masters Degree in Taxation, did his first 1031 Exchange in 1989. His depth of knowledge makes him an expert in the field, and unlike other companies who have you work with someone not nearly as qualified, you will work directly with him.
IV. Pricing
Our price is $950 which includes all set-up costs, unlimited consultation time, wiring fees, your customized home page, and no limitation on the number of replacement properties. You will find that while some companies offer a lower starting fee, by the time all of the additional costs are added back, their fees are significantly greater.
